Ultra-Blend plus is a light-curing, radiopaque cavity liner containing calcium hydroxide in a biocompatible urethane dimethacrylate matrix. Use Ultra-Blend plus as a thin cavity liner before placing composite or amalgam and for pulp capping in reversible pulpitis.
